      Setup Steps

      1. Go to Channels page
      2. Click "Add Channel"
      3. Select platform
      4. Follow platform-specific setup
      5. Enable channel

      Channel Configuration

      Each platform requires different credentials:

      • Bot Token (Telegram, Discord)
      • App ID/Secret (WeCom, DingTalk)
      • Corp ID (Lark)

      Best Practices

      • Test each channel before deployment
      • Set response filters to avoid spam
      • Configure rate limits
